Subject comes down safely from elevator

Ponca City Now - September 22, 2015 4:20 pm

Ponca City Police Capt. Randy Tyner reported at 4:10 p.m. Tuesday that an unidentified man came down safely from the Robin Hood grain elevator near the railroad tracks.

The man had been pacing on top of the elevator for about four hours, often shouting at onlookers on the ground.

Several Ponca City Police cars barricaded intersections around the elevator near the end of the stand-off.
