Park and Rec advisory board considers paddle boards

The Ponca City Park and Recreation advisory board discussed a report from the lake committee Thursday evening on the possibility of allowing paddle boards and wind surfers on Lake Ponca.

Members discussed several safety issues and referred the topics back to the lake committee for further study.

Board members will discuss the issue again at the September meeting.
