Girl drowns at Lake Ponca

A four-year-old girl was transported to Ponca City Medical Center Monday evening after emergency personnel received a report of a drowning at Lake Ponca.

She was pronounced dead at Ponca City Medical Center at approximately 8 p.m., the Ponca City Police Department reports.

The Police Department, along with the Department of Human Services, are investigating.

No other details are available at this time.
