Group from Vietnam university to visit OSU

STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) – Oklahoma State University’s Stillwater campus is planning to host delegates from the Vietnam National University for the first time in nearly 10 years.

VNU, located in Ho Chi Minh City, has shown interest in reviewing its partnership with OSU, as well as looking into new partnership opportunities with the School of Hotel and Restaurant Administration in the College of Human Sciences.

Four representatives from VNU will visit Stillwater Wednesday through Friday. The group will visit OSU as well as the State Regents and the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond.

OSU’s Hotel and Restaurant program is consistently ranked as one of the best hospitality programs. The Journal of Culinary Science & Technology ranked OSU No. 3 in the world for 2012. The program is recognized for is student experiential learning.
