OSBI offers reward in Geary man’s death

Ponca City Now - July 21, 2015 11:13 am

The OSBI is offering up to a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person who killed a Geary man in March.

DNA from biological evidence inside Ed Foreman’s home positively identifies Foreman as the victim of a deadly attack. However, the 53-year-old’s body has never been found.

His 2006 Hummer pickup truck was missing at the time Foreman was reported missing. A man was seen driving Foreman’s truck around the time Foreman was likely killed.

OSBI Forensic Artist Harvey Pratt drew a sketch of the man seen driving the truck. That truck was found several weeks later approximately ¼ mile southeast of Foreman’s residence.

Crime scene agents did recover several items of evidence from the vehicle. OSBI agents and numerous other area law enforcement officers have thoroughly searched the area by foot, horseback, boat, all terrain vehicle, helicopter, airplane, and with cadaver dogs.

Recently, OSBI agents developed new leads in Oklahoma and Texas.

If you have any information about what happened to Ed Foreman or believe you know the man in the sketch, call the OSBI hotline at 1-800-522-8017.
