Water sample packets not from Ponca City Utility Services

The Police Department has responded to calls this morning regarding water sample packets that have been left on the mailboxes of some local residents.
This is not a function of the Ponca City Utility Services. Instructions on the packet ask that a water sample be collected and an informational card to be completed and left hanging on the door for pickup.
“There is no company information or contact information in the packets, but this is not associated with the City” Police Chief Don Bohon clarified.
