Friday, June 5 – MOVIES AT THE LIBRARY, "RANGO" – Come out to the Ponca City Library at 1 p.m. for free popcorn and drinks and enjoy the movie.

Friday, June 5 – CRUZIN’ GRAND, presented by the Schooners Car Club. Any car or truck 25 years older, all Corvettes, motorcycles and specialty cars are invited to join on Grand Avenue from 6 to 10 p.m. Registration will be at South First Street and Grand Avenue. Drivers must show proof of insurance and driver’s license. Cost is $10 per vehicle. Contact: (580) 716-3908.

Friday, June 5 – Community Health Foundation’s annual funderaiser, GUYS AND GRILLS will be held at the Ponca City Country Club from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Tickets are $30 each. Contact (580) 765-0581 for more information.

Saturday, June 6 – 22nd ANNUAL PONCA CITY HERB FESTIVAL, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., L.A. Cann Gardens, 14th Street and Grand Avenue. A fun-filled day with vendors offering unique and hard-to-find items, everything from annual and perennial plants, unusual herbs, along with those special touches every garden or home needs. Included are seminars on horticultural-related topics, free children’s activities, live entertainment and lots of great-tasting food. Free admission. Contact (580) 765-2305.

Saturday, June 6 – SCHOONERS CAR, TRUCK AND MOTORCYCLE SHOW, presented by the Schooners Car Club of Ponca City. At Lake Ponca beginning at 8 a.m. for the Schooners Car Club Car, Truck and Motorcycle Show. All year vehicles are welcome for this event, but vehicle must be driven in to register/enter. Registration fee is $20 per vehicle. Awards will be presented for the Top 20 cars and Top motorcycle. Don’t forget to get your event T-shirt available for purchase during the event. Saturday and Sunday, June 6-7 – GREEN EARTH YOGA RETREAT, presented by Om Yoga & Wellness Center. Come out to the Ponca City Herb Festival and join an all-inclusive retreat for the beginner to seasoned practitioner to experience yoga in nature. This year’s theme is "Journey of Creativity: The Art of Being." Pranayama, Asana, Meditation, Nourishing Delicious Meals, Wine & Canvas Activity. Must be 16 years of age or older. Starting Sunday, June 7-19 – LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, presented by Camp McFadden. Open to high school age campers entering the 10th through12th grades in the fall. The Months of June and July:

PIONEER KIDS @ Pioneer Woman Museum. Summer activities on Wednesday afternoons in June and July for 4th, 5th and 6th grade students; 1 to 4 p.m. Cost is $5 per child and includes a snack. Must be accompanied by an adult. Reservations encouraged but not required. Themes and activities for June will consist of Nature and Animals, Pioneer School, and a carnival, which will include an old fashioned cake walk and Pioneer Crafts. July offerings will consist of Scout Day, focusing on badge requirements, Native Lore and Games where a tepee will be set up along with a round of Native games to play; a Music and Dance day; Sports day, which will coincide with the opening of Home Town Teams, the Smithsonian traveling exhibit hosted by the museum beginning July 25. Pioneer Kids 2015 will conclude on July 29 with Happy Trails.

An updated list of activities for each week will be on the museum’s Facebook page the Saturday before each Wednesday. The Pioneer Woman Museum is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
