Wentz offers junior golf academy

The Lew Wentz Golf Course is offering its Junior Golf Academy #1 June 1, 4, 8, 11, 15, 18, 22 and 25.

The Academy covers etiquette, rules, course management, swing development, short game, and creates a positive attitude. Instructors are Rod Alexander, PGA, and Kevin Brown, PGA.

Monthly membership fee is $75 per child with a $10 multiple child discount).

Junior ages 5-8 meet from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Junior ages 9-12 meet from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
