Rain cancels VFW plans to place flags at Odd Fellows Cemetery

VFW Commander Gary Miles said Friday morning that the VFW will not be putting out flags on Saturday at Odd Fellows Cemetery because of the rain and weather conditions.
Services will be held Monday, Memorial Day, at 10 a.m. at Resthaven Cemetery, Hubbard Road east of U.S. 177, rain or shine. Services also will be at Odd Fellows on South Waverly at 11 a.m.
