Two people were transported by LifeNet to Stillwater Medical Center Wednesday afternoon after an accident at U.S. Highway 64 and Sumner Road in Noble County.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol responded to the accident just after 1:30 p.m. Wednesday.

A 2014 Chevrolet driven by Laura Williams, 24, of Haltom City, Texas, collided with a 2004 Ford driven by Wesley Arthur Rosson, 61, of Perry.

Williams and a juvenile in her vehicle were not injured, the Patrol reported.

Rosson and a passenger in his car, Sandra Runnels, 55, of Perry, both were transported by LifeNet. Rosson was admitted to Stillwater Medical Center in stable condition with an arm injury. Runnels was treated and released for internal trunk injuries.

The Patrol reported Williams was eastbound on U.S. 64 and Rosson was eastbound on U.S. 64 traveling at a slow speed. Williams’ vehicle collided with the rear of Rosson’s vehicle. Rosson’s vehicle departed the roadway to the right and rolled three-quarters of a turn.

Rosson and Runnels were pinned for an unknown amount of time before being freed by the Perry Fire Department.
