OKLAHOMA CITY – Another fugitive on Attorney General Gentner Drummond’s 10 Most Wanted list is in custody.

On the evening of Jan. 3, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol arrested Donovan Ray in Bryan County. Earlier that day, the 10 Most Wanted tip line had received more than 30 tips offering information on his potential whereabouts.

Ray, 33, is charged in Atoka County for the 2017 rape of a girl who was 12 years old at the time. His arrest marks the seventh person to be apprehended since the 10 Most Wanted site launched this past September.

“The fugitives on the 10 Most Wanted list are serious threats to public safety,” Drummond said. “The list is aimed at enlisting the help of Oklahomans so these individuals can face accountability for their alleged crimes.”
