VEHICLE 1: 2014 FORD TRUCK, DRIVEN BY HERIBERTO GARCIA-GARCIA (SIC), AGE 20, HISPANIC MALE OF SULIVAN CITY, TX, REFUSED TREATMENT ON SCENE.
PASSENGER 1: JUAN AGUILAR, AGE 21, HISPANIC MALE OF SULIVAN CITY TX, REFUSED TREATMENT ON SCENE.
PASSENGER 2: JOSEA GARCIA, AGE 30, HISPANIC MALE OF MISSION, TX. TRANSPORTED BY TONKAWA EMS TO BLACKWELL ER, THEN FLOWN VIA EAGLEMED TO WESLEY HOSPITAL IN WICHITA, KANSAS, ADMITTED IN STABLE CONDITION WITH TRUNK INTERNAL INJURIES.
WHAT HAPPENED: VEHICLE 1 DEPARTED THE ROADWAY TO THE LEFT. VEHICLE 1 TRAVELLED ALONG ROADSIDE 300 FEET AND IMPACTED A CULVERT. VEHICLE 1 ROLLED MULTIPLE TIMES AND CAME TO A REST UPSIDE DOWN.
