Vanessa Jo Sigler, age 69, of Perry, Oklahoma, passed away on October 9, 2024, at her home in Perry, surrounded by those she loved most. A graveside service will be held Monday, October 14, at 1:00 p.m. at Grace Hill Cemetery, with Pastor Kim Hays officiating.

Vanessa was born May 13, 1955, in Perry, Oklahoma, to David and Helen (Wilda) Bristol. She deeply embraced the community and family values that shaped her life. She worked as a medical coding specialist, known for her dedication and attention to detail.

Vanessa will be remembered for her beautiful smile, warm heart and compassionate spirit. She had a profound love for Western music and dancing and found joy through her many crafting projects. Her creativity was an extension of her love for others, often expressed in the thoughtful, handmade gifts she shared. Fiercely protective of her family and friends, Vanessa loved with an intensity that left a lasting impact on everyone she encountered. She was empathetic and extraordinarily generous, giving selflessly to others and often putting their needs ahead of her own.

She is survived by her daughter, Leia Sigler-Thomas (Phillip Thomas), her granddaughters, Kirra Horner, Hannah Forman, Morgan Forman, Camryn Forman, and many other loved ones.

Vanessa was preceded in death by her husband, Steven Sigler, her daughter, Charity Forman, her parents, David and Helen Bristol, and Amy Driskel.
