Robert Michael Schnaufer, 64, passed away on August 23, 2024, in Newkirk, Oklahoma. He was born on October 3, 1959, in Chicago, Illinois, and grew up in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

Robert graduated from Hot Springs High School before attending the University of Dallas, Arkansas Tech University, and graduating from Arkansas College of Technology. His career was diverse, with focus on computer and software technical support, where he found great satisfaction.

Known for being intellectual and analytical, Robert excelled at problem-solving, while always finding time for humor and enjoyment. As a strong Christian, he was guided by high moral and ethical values, which made him thoughtful and conscientious.

Robert is survived by his sister, Ingrid Mobbs of Cabot, AR, and brother, Michael A. Schnaufer of Hot Springs, AR. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Cynthia Vinnedge Schnaufer, and his parents, Michael and Mary Schnaufer.

As per his wishes, he will be cremated with no services held. Grace Memorial Chapel in Ponca City, OK, is assisting the family during this time. Robert’s memory will be cherished by all who knew him.
