Cheryl Lynn Rhodd

April 4, 1982 — July 21, 2024

Cheryl Lynn Rhodd, 42, of Ponca City passed from this life on July 21, 2024. Cheryl was born on April 4th 1982, to Sylvia Roy Rhodd and Bear Rhodd, in Ponca City, Ok. She attended Ponca City Schools and proudly repped being a Roosevelt Rough Rider. These early years were spent living on 4th street and in Carbon Black. She attended Job Corp in Tahlequah, OK for her high school years. And after graduating returned home to White Eagle, OK, where she spent her adult years. Cheryl loved cooking, laughing, burnt cookies and her plants. And she had to have her music. She loved being around her family. Having three girls of her own and surrounding herself with her nephews and nephews. She was everyone’s Momma Zhi’n’ga. Wherever she was at, her babies weren’t too far behind. Cheryl had a special bond with each of her daughters. She could be wrestling with them, taking late night cruises, or watching Baddies on Sundays, whatever she chose to do, she always chose to be right next to her girls. That’s how she loved to spend her time.

She will most be remembered for her beautiful smile, how she laughed easily and liked teasing and picking on people she liked or loved. If she couldn’t tease and joke with you… She probably didn’t like you. LOL! Cheryl was anything but a bully though. She was the definition of a true friend, a true sister. And one of the most encouraging friends you could ever have. The most loyal person to everyone she loved. It was always, “Mind over matter” with her. And you couldn’t find a better person to have your back. Cheryl was truly a one in a million friend, sister, auntie and mother.

She is survived by; Leila Allen, daughter, TaTiana Jaidice Allen, daughter, Jaicia Allen, daughter, Kyle Harvey, nephew, Kellen Harvey, Nephew, Christopher Lasley, nephew, Tiona Lasley, niece, Rylee Lasley, daughter, Swaizii Rhodd, niece, Sylvia Roy Rhodd, mother, Tena Rhodd, sister, Catherine Rhodd, sister, Randall, brother, Heather Rhodd, Yulia Rigal, Daniel Regal Jr. And numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by Bear Rhodd, father, Maggie Ramsey, grandson, Nieman Roy, grandfather, Pink Rhodd, grandfather, Lillian Adair, grandmother, Casey Rhodd Harvey, sister, Josh Harvey, brother, Kaw-liga Harvey, nephew, Kiden, and the love of her life, Michael ‘Mizzle” Grant.
