Luther Police Seize 151 Pounds of Marijuana With K-9’s Help on Turner Turnpike

The Luther Police Department (LPD) discovered large quantities of illegal drugs with the help of a K-9.

According to LPD, officers responded to a request from Oklahoma Highway Patrol for a K-9 free air sniff of a vehicle they had stopped for a traffic violation.

The incident happened at approximately 2:30 a.m. on Saturday on the Turner Turnpike.

Upon arrival, K-9 Kodi alerted positive for drugs.

In total, 151 pounds of vacuum-sealed Marijuana was seized.

The driver was arrested.
