Opportunity Center of Kay County Offering Parent/Family Support Group

Ponca City Now - June 11, 2024 5:42 am

The Opportunity Center of Kay County has reorganized their parent/family support group (formerly known as Positive Impact) specifically geared for those with school-aged children with disabilities.
Parents and families with special needs children face unique challenges; this group aims to help find those resources and support systems to meet these challenges, while providing a fun, safe, and nurturing environment for the entire family.
There is no cost.
The next meeting of this newly reorganized group is Tuesday, June 11 at 6 p.m. at the Opportunity Center, 3007 N. Union.
Dinner and child care are provided on site.
Questions can be directed to Paige Marsh (call or text) 580-304-9725.
This support group will meet on the second Tuesday of each month at the same time and location.
