TEXAS COUNTY, Okla. (KOKH) — The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) has released the names of the four individuals arrested in connection with the suspicious disappearance of Jilian Kelley and Veronica Butler.
On Saturday OSBI officials arrested 43-year-old Tad Bert Collum, 54-year-old Tifany Machel Adams, 50-year-old Cole Earl Twombly, and 44-year-old Cora Twombly in Texas and Cimarron Counties.
All four individuals were booked into the Texas County Jail on two counts of first-degree murder, two counts of kidnapping, and one count of conspiracy to commit murder in the first degree.
Kelley and Butler were originally reported missing on March 30, and the pair were said to be picking up children, but never made it to their pickup location.
On April 3, OSBI reported that the disappearance of the two women was ‘suspicious’, and that evidence was obtained that indicated foul play.
