ELM STREET, GRAND AVENUE TO BROADWAY AVENUE CLOSED

Stuever Dirtworks, LLC has entered a contract with the City of Ponca City to construct a new water line and new street paving improvements on Elm Street from Grand Avenue to Broadway Avenue. Work will include the installation of a new 6-inch water line to replace the old deteriorated water line and reconstruction of the brick pavement with new asphalt pavement. The work will also include new concrete curbs and gutters, drive approaches and sidewalks.
The total construction time for the project is estimated to be 90 calendar days barring any delays due to weather.
During the project, Elm Street will be closed to all traffic from Grand Avenue to Broadway Avenue.
Vehicles will not be permitted in the work area. Signing and barricades will be in place informing motorists of the construction.
