December 9, 1930 – December 11, 2023

Nadine Ella McClaflin Mills, 93, of Tonkawa, OK, left this life on December 11, 2023. A Funeral Ceremony will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, December 15, 2023, at Trout Funeral Home Chapel. Viewing will take place before the funeral ceremony. Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 505 Thunderbird Road, Tonkawa, OK, 74653.

Nadine was born on December 9, 1930, in Deer Creek, OK, to William and Joella Engelhart. She graduated from Blackwell High School in 1949. She married Evert McClaflin August 13, 1949 who preceded her in death on January 7, 1982. She married George Mills on November 7, 1985. He preceded her in death on April 13, 2007. Nadine loved to crochet.

Nadine is survived by: sons, Tom McClaflin and his wife, Donni, of Arkansas City, KS, Jerry McClaflin and his wife, Donna, of Braman, OK; 21 grandchildren; numerous great and great-great-grandchildren; sister, Willa Hills; several nieces and nephews; and good friend, Randy Walker.

Nadine is preceded in death by: her parents; two husbands; three sons, Charles, Martin and Darwin; 2 brothers, Billy and Leroy; a sister, Erma June and twins Donald and Dora; two daughters-in-law, Kathy and Denise; and a great-grandson, Adam.
