Osage Casino is hosting our February Chamber Business after Hours Tuesday, Feb. 24 from 5 to 7 p.m. for Chamber members only. This is a great networking opportunity for our members and a lot of fun. Thank you Osage Casino for hosting!
We are excited to have U.S. Marshal Clayton Johnson speak to our Ponca Politics Committee on Friday. Clayton will speak about his duties as a federal marshal. Following that committee meeting we will have our Ponca Politics Forum in the City Commission Chambers at City Hall with Sen. Eddie Fields, Rep. Steve Vaughan and Rep. John Pfeiffer. This is a great opportunity to hear what is taking place in the legislature. There is a huge budget shortfall this year, and that will be a topic addressed at our forum. Ponca Politics is from noon to 1 p.m. Everyone is welcome to attend.
We have a PRIDE training for RCB Bank employees this Wednesday. I’m always excited to teach quality customer service.
This week both our Chamber Board and Tourism Bureau will meet on Thursday. I appreciate all the volunteers who make both of these groups successful.
