Ponca City Mainstreet Hosting Goblins On Grand
Ponca City Now - October 4, 2023 6:31 am
Each year Ponca City Main Street hosts the region’s best family-friendly Halloween Carnival, Goblins on Grand in beautiful historic downtown Ponca City. Main Street partners with the City of Ponca City, local businesses, clubs, churches, and various organizations within our community to provide a fun and safe trick-or-treating environment.
This year, Goblins on Grand will be held on October,19 between 3rd and 7th street. A rain-out date is set for Thursday, October 26. The event takes place from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
Traffic is closed on Grand Avenue so families can enjoy games, food and dessert trucks, the Glow Booth to buy fun glow-in-the-dark swag, the Witches Dance, a petting zoo, and up to 80 vendor booths for trick-or-treating. Wristbands are $2.00 for entry into the event. The wristband fee helps cover event expenses including insurance, marketing, and off-duty police officers. All children who plan to trick-or-treat must have a wristband regardless of age. Adults attending do not need wristbands. Trick-or-treaters are encouraged to bring their own bags to collect candy and other goodies.
If you are interested in your business, club, or organization hosting a booth for this event, please visit our website or click on the link below to complete the registration. Booth information and a map are provided on the website.
This year marks the 17th year of Main Street hosting Goblins on Grand since 2006. This popular community event has become a downtown staple event for families in Ponca City and surrounding communities and draws some of the largest crowds to our downtown each year.
