Officials investigate Tulsa shooting

TULSA, Okla. (AP) – Police are investigating after a 41-year-old man was critically injured after being shot several times in Tulsa.

Cpl. Dan Miller says a witness told police that she heard gunshots around 10:30 p.m. Monday and saw a man slumped over the wheel in his vehicle.

Miller says police arrived to find the man, whose identity wasn’t released, with five gunshot wounds to his chest. He was taken to a hospital for treatment of his injuries.

Police say they’re still trying to determine what led to the shooting. Anyone with information is asked to contact authorities.
