EDMOND, Okla. (AP) – Police in Edmond say one person is in custody after an early-morning shooting that injured two people.

The Oklahoman reports (http://bit.ly/1z2EMnK ) that the two injured people received non-life threatening injuries.

Edmond police spokeswoman Jennifer Moore says officers responded to a report of shots fired about 1:30 a.m. Wednesday. Two people in a vehicle were reported at an Edmond hospital with gunshot wounds.

The driver apparently drove to the hospital after the shooting. One person was shot in the leg and the other person was grazed by a bullet.

Another driver in a separate vehicle followed the victims. An officer used a tactical maneuver to stop the vehicle, which hit a retaining wall.

Neither the injured persons nor the suspect were immediately identified.
