U.S. Marshals tracked down a Moore couple wanted in a child pornography investigation. The couple was charged with multiple crimes in October and went on the run last week after failing to appear in court.

According to U.S. Marshals, Douglas and Jennifer Tullis were arrested Tuesday at a Dallas CVS drug store.

Marshals said Douglas ran, but weren’t able to escape.

In October, investigators surprised the couple at their home in Moore.

Police body cam video showed the moments a team of Moore investigators responded to Douglas and Jennifer Tullis’ home in October, after police said Twitter alerted OSBI to child porn on their account.

“Platforms care about their users’ privacy, but they understand there’s moral and ethical codes cannot be violated,” said Moore Police Lt. Wes Yost.

Police swooped in, and told Douglas they needed to see the child, but were met with apprehension.

“Do you not understand why I’m a little skeptical of police? I was a real deal convict. And I’m not now. So I’m a little skeptical,” said Douglas Toolis.

Neighbors in the couple’s quiet neighborhood told News 9 they were shocked to learn the crimes the two are accused of. They said they often saw them doting on a young girl.

Court filings showed after the couple’s arrest, Jennifer “admitted to touching the child in a sexual manner” and admitted to “exchanging child pornography with male in New Zealand.”

Police said the couple has a history of running from the law.
