Dawn Leenette West, age 62, of Perry, Oklahoma passed away December 9, 2022 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

A memorial ceremony will be held at 11am on Saturday, December 17,2022 at Kaw Street Chapel in Perry, Oklahoma.

Dawn was born on August 28, 1960 in Chico, California to Donald and Jeanette Heald. She enjoyed fishing with family and loved playing bingo. Dawn was loving and outgoing and especially loved going to church. Dawn worked as a truck driver.

Survivors include: her husband, Dewayne West; son, David Cowie; daughter, Crystal Cook and her husband, Steven; adopted daughter, Christina Benton; grandchildren, Toby and Marie Cook, Stormie Cook, Desirae Cook, Kasey Cook, Cloee, and Corbin; adopted grandchildren, Arwin and Jude Benton; sister, Candy Lyon; brother, Geoff Heald; sister-in-law Michelle Hampton; close friend, Chrystal Collins; and many close friends and family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Jean Heald and brother, Bob Heald.
