Former Northern Oklahoma College Pitcher Drafted by the Detroit Tigers

Trevin Michael, former NOC pitcher

Former Northern Oklahoma College Maverick pitcher Trevin Michael was drafted by the Detroit Tigers in the 2022 MLB draft on Monday.
He was taken in the 10th round with the 297th selection.
Michael pitched at NOC in the 2018-19 seasons for coach Ryan Bay.
Michael most recently pitched for the Oklahoma Sooners in 2022 posting a 4-2 record with a 2.89 ERA. He struck out 95 hitters in 71.2 innings pitched.
He also pitched at Lamar University after graduating from NOC.
Michael is from Piedmont, Oklahoma.
