Duncan approves water rationing

DUNCAN, Okla. (AP) – Duncan has approved stricter water rationing that prohibits all outside watering.

The restriction goes into effect Jan. 11 in an effort to cope with ongoing drought conditions in southern Oklahoma.

Outside watering includes watering of lawns or plants, washing cars or filling pools.
