Opening Night of the Evan’s Children’s Academy of Performing Arts “Seussical The Musical” is Thursday at the Poncan

The Evan’s Children’s Academy of Performing Arts have performed in the Poncan Theater since 2008 and presented many plays and musicals over the years featuring several area children.

Their next performance is April 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th at the Poncan.

The Evans kids will present “Seussical The Musical” which features some of your favorite Dr. Seuss songs from your favorite Seuss characters portrayed by local kids.

Performance times are 7:30pm on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday and a 2:00 pm matinee on Sunday.

Tickets purchased at the Poncan Theater box office at 104 East Grand are $20 for adults and $15 for students ages 5 of 18 years old.

Tickets can be purchased online at poncantheater.org for a savings of $5. (A small online fee will be added.)

As Dr. Seuss said, “You have brains in your head, you have feet in your shoes, you can steer yourself any direction you choose.”

Choose the Poncan Theater and bring your family and friends or come alone. Be sure to purchase your favorite concession’s and then enjoy this fun and entertaining musical and help support the Evan’s kids and the Poncan Theater.
