OKLAHOMA CITY –

All three of Oklahoma’s bowl eligible programs are all heading to bowls this winter.

Fresh off of its appearance in a heartbreaking Big 12 Championship Game, the Oklahoma State Cowboys will tangle with Notre Dame in the Playstation Fiesta Bowl New Year’s Day in Glendale, Arizona.

The Fighting Irish, who lost their head coach Brian Kelly to the same position at LSU, had their only loss of the season come in a home game against Cincinnati. Notre Dame defensive coordinator Marcus Freeman was elevated to head coach late last week.

Oklahoma will meet the Oregon Ducks Dec. 29 at the Valero Alamo Bowl in San Antonio, Texas. The Sooners last played Nov. 27 in their loss to the Cowboys in Stillwater. The Ducks were defeated by Utah for the second time this season in Friday night’s Pac-12 Championship Game.

The Tulsa Golden Hurricane learned Sunday that it will head to the beach for its bowl game.

Tulsa will face Old Dominion out of Conference USA in the Myrtle Beach Bowl Game Dec. 20 in Conway, South Carolina.

The Golden Hurricane was able to earn bowl eligibility by winning its last three games of the season against Tulane, Temple and a upset road win last week at SMU.

Old Dominion’s 6-6 season was aided by a strong 5-3 record in conference play.
