CHRISTMAS MARKET OKLAHOMA, presented by First Lutheran Church & School, is Saturday, Dec. 6, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Weihnacht Markets (Christmas Markets), originally began in Renaissance Germany and Austria. The German-American churches in Northern Oklahoma celebrate such a Yule wonderland.
Join First Lutheran Church and shop the arts and crafts for Christmas gifts and decorations including Native American wares. Be enchanted by the ambience of Christmas aromas and the sounds of carols. Of special interest is the music, an all day concert of choirs and contemporary artists.
A "Cookie Walk" of over 300 dozen holiday cookies is on sale. Sip hot chocolate or spiced cider and sample the German food.
The day is culminated by a fantastic lights show put on by the students of First Lutheran School.
