December 12, 1961 ~ September 11, 2021 (age 59)
Ms. Denice M Page has passed away. She was 59 years old. She was born a twin, in Ponca City on December 12, 1961, the daughter of Eli Littlewalker Page and his wife Ruth Josephine Tyndall Page. She attended Ponca Schools from K-12th grade. She worked as a dispatcher for the Ponca Tribe in her early 20’s before finding her niche in the hospitality industry.
She enjoyed doing bead work, crafting, playing BINGO, and casino machines. She leaves behind to mourn her loss, her daughter Gabriel Cottingham of the home, adopted daughter Shanelle Dent of Ponca City, siblings Carol Page, Danny Lee Page, Tomasita Littlecrow and her husband Amos, Pauline Chama, Paul Chama, , Maria Chama, sister-in-law Rhoda Page, a host of nieces and nephews, cousins Nettie Williams, Victor Buffalohead, Jo Ann Redday, Pam Littlevoice and their families, as well
Denice was preceded in death by her grandparents Raymond Tyndall and Carrie Littlevoice Tyndall, Parents Eli Page and Ruth Tyndall Page, twin brother Dennis Page, sister Ruthie Page, brother Timmy Harjo, brother Eli Page, Jr., son Jeremiah Cottingham, also granddaughter Alee-Yvette Da’Naya Cottingham.
Services will begin Sunday at 7 p.m. and Monday at 7 p.m. at the Cultural Center. Tribal feast will begin at Noon on Tuesday with services beginning at 2 p.m. The reverend Dr. Louis V. Headman will officiate. Casketbearers for the service will include Jadion Roubedeaux, Eli Page, Aaron Page, Zachary Roubedeaux, Paul Chama, and Ned Kemble, Jr. Honorary Bearers are Nathaniel Page, Danny Page, Victor Buffalohead, and Danny Lee Page. Burial will follow at the Ponca Tribal Cemetery.
