Iconic Ponca City figure passes away

Ponca City Now Dot Com has confirmed from the PCPD that longtime downtown Ponca City icon "Gene" passed away yesterday. "Gene" was a regular fixture walking around the streets of downtown Ponca City. All of us at Ponca City Now Dot Com and Team Radio Marketing Group have Gene’s family in our thoughts and prayers. After we moved into the Poncan Theater we all got to know Gene and enjoyed visiting with him. We will miss him.
