A Message from the Chamber of Commerce

Rich Cantillon, President and CEO of the Ponca City Area Chamber of Commerce has issued the following message:

Check out this committee of the Chamber: the Community Development Committee. They are very impressive.

Their goals include collaborating on common issues with federal, state, regional, city, education and county officials. To advocate for a comprehensive multi-modal transportation system (streets, highways, trails, public transportation, air and rail service). To support recreation improvements for Ponca City citizens. This Chamber Committee meets the 3rd Thursday of every month at 10 a.m. at the Chamber Office. The Committee Chair is Brad Fox with Evans & Associates Enterprises, Inc.

The Chamber’s Receipt Campaign is in full swing. We will have one $500 winner and five $100 winners in Chamber Bucks. The drawing will take place Wednesday, March 31st.

Here is what you need to do to be a possible winner. First you need to shop in Ponca City. Then bring your receipts to the Chamber Office located at 5th and Grand Avenue with your name and phone number each receipt. Then wait to see if you are one of our winners.

Remember when you shop Ponca City you are helping our family, friends and neighbors have jobs and also helping our economy be strong.
