Executive Order 2021-07 streamlines directives to state agencies and Oklahomans

OKLAHOMA CITY (Feb. 12, 2021) – Governor Kevin Stitt today signed Executive Order 2021-07 to continue the State of Oklahoma’s COVID-19 response.

The new order replaces Ninth Amended Executive Order 2020-20 and streamlines directives to state agencies and Oklahomans while still maintaining the various provisions necessary to manage the pandemic.

“I’ve said for the last year that I will follow the data and make the right decisions at the right time for Oklahoma,” said Gov. Stitt. “This new Executive Order continues to protect the health and lives of Oklahomans while keeping our businesses open safely and getting our kids back in school.”
