PCPS Announces Plans for Remainder of Week

Mike Seals - February 10, 2021 10:33 pm

The Ponca City Public School District will remain on Distance Learning for Thursday, February 11. Principals will be in the buildings on Thursday, February 11 from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Parents may call the site to make arrangements to pick-up devices if they were not able to do so on Tuesday or Wednesday of this week. It is important to collect devices because the weather forecast for Sunday and Monday is not favorable.

Parent/Teacher Conferences will continue as scheduled since conferences are being done by phone or virtually. The schedule is posted on the district website www.pcps.us under Press Releases.

There will be no school on Friday, February 12 because it is a previously scheduled non-school day.

Meals will be available on Thursday, February 11 for all children ages 1-18 from 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. at the following locations: Garfield Elementary, Union Elementary, Senior High School, and West Middle School. Meals will include Chicken Day Lunch and breakfast for Friday. Children do not have to be in the vehicle; however, the names of children must be provided.
