William Lewis Durbin, age 69, of Ponca City, Oklahoma passed away January 22, 2021 in Ponca City, Oklahoma at his residence.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday at 11AM with Josh Reece officiating. William will be laid to rest at Tonkawa I.O.O.F Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home & Crematory, 505 W Grand Ave, Ponca City, OK 74601.

William was born on January 22, 1952 in Ponca City, Oklahoma to Billy and Celia (Foos) Durbin . Grew up in Tonkawa and spent some years in Missouri. Graduated in and from Tonkawa High School in 1970. Married Kathy Ann Milligan in 1993. Worked as a laborer at City of Tonkawa for 46 years doing everything from Sanitation to Electric Department to water Department.

Survivors include Daughter Katlin Roubideaux, Son Casey Durbin. Grandchildren Zoey Roubideaux, Devon Roubideaux, Joseph Roubideaux, And Ailsin Roubideaux. Wife Kathy Durbin.

Preceding in death were Sister Betty Durbin and parents Bill and Celia Durbin.
