November 7, 1948 – January 4, 2021
Anna Mae Sadler, 72, of Ponca City, left this life on January 4, 2021. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, January 11, 2021, at the LifeCenter Church, with Reverend Jack Pease officiating. Face masks are required. For those unable to attend, the ceremony will be live-streamed. Anna Mae was born on November 7, 1948, in Hobart, OK, to Milo and Marion (Blevins) Miles. She is the oldest of 4 sisters. She graduated from Granite High School in 1967. In 1968 she married Billy Michael Adams of Hobart, OK. They made Tonkawa, OK their home. She had two children, Stephanie and Michael. She was married to Mike until his untimely passing on July 10, 1974.
In 1980, she married George Jeffries of Ponca City. They were married until his untimely death on July 23. 1994. She attended Pioneer Vo-Tech in 1982. She was employed by Conoco as an Administrative Specialist from May 15, 1985 – April 1, 2015.
She married Jim Sadler of Stillwater on December 5, 1997, in Miami, OK. They lived in Stillwater for many years. Then moved back to Ponca City. She put God and Family first in her life. She loved going fishing. She enjoyed All kinds of music and loved to go line dancing and two-stepping with “HER JIM”. She was an avid photographer, taking many pictures and videos of friends and family. She loved to have playdates with her grandkids and then great-grandkids. Birthdays were special to her and celebrated her “Birthday Month” in November. She was always smiling and happy. She studied her Bible every morning and loved the Lord.
She is survived by: her husband, Jim, of the home; daughters, Stephanie Stevens, of Guthrie, OK, Michelle Mills, of Stillwater, OK; son, Mike Adams, of Lakewood, CO; sisters, Carlon Dorett of Ponca City, Sharon Roberts, of El Reno, OK, Kathy Hannah, of Mulhall, OK; 3 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
