Oliver William Harbeson, went to heaven on December 23, 2020. A private memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, January 4, 2020, with Eddie Shultz officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home & Crematory.
His honorary Pallbearers are: his Godmother, Paige Mullins, his uncles Nathan and William Harbeson, Justin French and Jamie Oakes.
He was baptized by Pastor Don Griffin of First United Methodist Church on December 29th, 2020
He is survived by: his loving parents, Jacob and Cheyenne (Oakes) Harbeson, of Ponca City; grandparents, Steve and Marsha Oakes of Newkirk, Todd and Krista Harbeson of Ponca City; great-grandparents, grandma Beverly and Grandma Joyce; Phil and Carol Howe, of Ponca City, Ruth Harbeson, Joe and Joy Harbeson; aunt, Karol Daniel and her husband, Dan of Ponca City and great-great-aunt Nelda Skinner. Many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by great grandparents T.A. and Lucy Rhamy, great grandfather Chuck Hindes. He was also preceded in death by his father Jacob’s childhood best friend and Oliver’s namesake Jake William Johndrow.
Oliver was very important to all of us. He was very loved, wanted and adored. He will be truly missed. He was welcomed into heaven as a pure beautiful soul and will be watching over his loved ones. Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.” – Matthew 19:14
