July 25, 1940 – December 24, 2020

Marsha Lorene Turnipseed, 80, of Ponca City, left this life on December 24, 2020. A private burial will take place at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home & Crematory.

Marsha was born on July 25, 1940, in Winfield, KS, to John Lowman and Velma Lorene (Herr) Leith. Marsha attended schools in Dexter, KS. She married R.L. Turnipseed and had three children, John, David and Rhonda. She worked as a meat wrapper for Safeway and Dillon’s for many years, before retiring.

Marsha was very talented with her hands and like to sew and paint. She loved the ocean and made sure all of her grandchildren got to see the ocean as well. Marsha loved her family very much.

She is survived by: her son, John Turnipseed and his wife, Shellene; daughter, Rhonda Beliel and her husband, Laurence; grandchildren, John D. Turnipseed and his wife, Lynn, Travis Kelly and his wife, Jene, Jerad Kelly and his wife, Alli, Kyle Beliel and his girlfriend, Katy, Miles Beliel and his wife, Rocheyl, Trenton Beliel and his wife, Ashley; great-grandchildren, Ryan and Dalton Turnipseed, Jaxon and Ashlynn Kelly, Jaelyn, Kynlee and Makynna Kelly, Spencer Warwick, Jett, Ainsley, Teagyn and Landon Beliel and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
