Ellis Clark McCulley, 95, of Ponca City, left this life on December 26, 2020. A Graveside Ceremony will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at Odd Fellows Cemetery, with Pastor Ned Moerbe officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home & Crematory.

Ellis was born on December 17, 1925, in Stoutland, MO, to William and Ada (Brown) McCulley. He was a US Marine veteran who served during World War II. Ellis was a US Postal Worker for many years, before his retirement.

He is survived by: his daughter, Barbara McCulley; grandchildren, Jessica McCulley, Jared McCulley, Jauncy McCulley; great-grandchildren, Nicholas, Amelia and Carter.

Ellis was preceded in death by his parents and son, Howell McCulley.
