The donations are $5,000 each and support the endowed Evans and Associates Company Scholarship Fund allows scholarships to be awarded each year to qualified Oklahoma residents enrolled at NOC Tonkawa, and the Enid Concrete Scholarship Fund provides Oklahoma residents enrolled at NOC Enid an opportunity to pursue their educational goals.

As a proud and permanent part of the local community since 1960, Evans & Associates continues to serve the citizens through the construction of city streets, county roads, State and Federal highways, airport runways, parking lots and driveways.

Evans and Associates Enterprises, Inc. founder Jerry Evans believed that businesses should be a strong part of the community in which they conduct operations. Enid Concrete has been in existence since 1968 serving the citizens and businesses in the Enid area.

The NOC Foundation serves as a private fundraising organization for NOC, as designated by the NOC Board of Regents. Its primary purpose is to enhance the educational opportunities and the overall environment of NOC.

Serving nearly 5,000 students, NOC is a public, two-year community college with locations in Tonkawa, Enid and Stillwater.  The college is accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools and offers associate degrees in three general areas: Arts, Science and Applied Science.  The associate degree fulfills lower-division course work which is applicable towards a bachelor’s degree.
