34 OF PONCA CITY, OK. PRONOUNCED DEAD AT SCENE DUE TO MASSIVE INJURIES.

PASSENGER 1: JAMES ANDERSON, WHITE MALE, AGE 31 OF PONCA CITY, OK.
TRANSPORTED BY EAGLE MED TO WESLEY HOSPITAL IN WICHITA, KS, ADMITTED WITH
HEAD AND TRUNK INTERNAL INJURIES IN STABLE CONDITION.

VEHICLE 2: 2002 CHEVROLET TRUCK, DRIVEN BY CASEY LINTON, WHITE MALE, AGE
23 OF PONCA CITY, OK. TRANSPORTED BY PONCA CITY EMS, TO PONCA CITY
EMERGENCY. TREATED AND RELEASED WITH HEAD AND TRUNK INTERNAL INJURIES.
