School District Announces Make-up Enrollment Dates

Ponca City Public Schools will hold make-up enrollment on Thursday, August 6, from 8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m., and August 10 and 11, from 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. at the Registration Center located at 111 W. Grand Avenue.

New students to the district must register in person. A list of required documents can be found on the district website, https://www.pcps.us under Registration Information. 

Returning PCPS students may register online using the PowerSchool Parent Portal. Proof of residency is required for all elementary students and can be emailed to [email protected].   Updated immunization records can also be emailed to the Registration Center.

Ponca City Public Schools is offering online learning options for the 2020-2021 school year. To enroll in Option 2 or Option 3 learning options, please complete the PCVA Option 2 & 3 Application located under the Parent & Students tab on the district website. If you select an online option through PCPS, it is an easy transition back to traditional school if the risk of COVID-19 reduces.
