Chamber of Commerce Holds Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

The Ponca City Area Chamber of Commerce held a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Hairology Salon and Spa located at 611 E. Hartford.
Cutting the ribbon are owners Tina White and Philis Whitsitt. Also shown are their family Jacob White, Blaizen Elliott, Kyle White, Brad Whitsitt, Chandler Morgan and Elijah Morgan.
