Ponca City School Board Superintendent makes history in D.C.

Ponca City School Board Superintendent is making history in Washington D.C. this week. Dr. David Pennington is in D.C. being installed as the AASA National President for the 2014 – 2015 school year. As part of this honor AASA paid for him to take a board member and community group with him. Pennington chose to take Chris LittleCook and several Native American dancers as his community group. LittleCook is the district Native American Liaison and this is the first time this has been done.
