East Middle School

Mary Ladd, PCPS Public Information Coordinator has submitted the following information:

The check-in date for East Middle School is Tuesday & Wednesday, May 12 & 13 from 12:00 Noon until 7:00 pm. The procedure will be as follows:

  • Drive-thru north bound on the 6th street side of the school in the bus lane (west side of the building).
  • Packets: Completed Week 4 and 5 packets need to be dropped in a box at the beginning of the line.
  • Chromebooks and other items: Please include a paper with student’s first and last name inside each item being returned. Place the Chromebook AND charger on a table. Also, bring any library books or textbooks.
  • Yearbooks Available May 12 Only: If you have ordered a yearbook, proceed to the next station to receive that from Ms. Walker. If you would like to purchase a yearbook, they can now be purchased on the Ponca City Public Schools mobile phone app. It is listed as an option under “My School Bucks.” The cost of the yearbook is $25.00. There are only a few books left, so buy one now before they are sold out! Please bring your student ID, if available, to help speed up the yearbook process.

Please be patient and courteous as the line may be long (approximately 350 devices will need to be checked in with our tech staff). We will attempt to make the process as quick and efficient as possible, while still maintaining safe “social distance” guidelines.
