Craig Stephenson, City Manager for Ponca City, released the following statement after the governor’s office published the “Open Up and Recover Safely” (OURS) plan on Wednesday:
Governor Stitt just announced Open Up and Recover Safely: A Three Phase Approach to Open Oklahoma’s Economy.
