Betty Jean Cohenour
August 18, 1923 – April 8, 2020
Betty Jean Cohenour died April 8, 2020 in Ponca City at the age of 96. She was born August 18,1923 to Larry and Bea Wanasek. She grew up in Muskogee, the eldest of four children. She married Tommy Cohenour on December 25, 1942. They moved to Ponca City a few years later where he was an optometrist.

She was also a talented artist and seamstress who could create anything from a pastel or watercolor to a prom dress or a smocked child’s outfit.
