Ponca City Now - February 20, 2020 4:08 pm

“A Purple Affair” to benefit the Survivor Resource Network is at 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 28, at the Osage Casino Event Center.

This year is the 9th Annual “A Purple Affair” and will feature a runway show with Ponca City’s fabulous fashion vendors and a delicious array of food.

A raffle is also being held for a chance to win a Louis Vuitton Neverfull purse. A random winner will be chosen on Friday, Feb. 21, at noon. The raffle ticket (a $25 value) will gain you a chance to win the Louis Vuitton Neverfull Bag during A Purple Affair. You need not be present to win.

The Survivor Resource Network is the domestic violence shelter serving Kay County.

This year’s fashion sponsors are The Attic, Liles & Co., Prairie Rose, Frocks and Fashion, The Buckle, Cato’s, The Factory Connection, Sharp’s Indian Store, Lula Roe, Merrick’s Salon and Boutique, and Oh So Frilly.

With the help of these local merchants, A Purple Affair creates a runway with the spring seasons hottest looks.
You can fill just about any wardrobe need during this glamorous event. There are adorable children’s clothes, fun flirty casual looks and super elegant evening wear.

Tickets are now available online for $30 at survivorresourcenetwork.org, or call (580) 762-2873. More information can be found at the Ponca City Purple Affair page on Facebook. Tickets will soon be available at merchants featured in the show.
